Sadie Hawkins is girls' choice! The ladies in the ward all asked their husbands to the dance--but they had to ask high school style. Couples wore coordinating outfits. Awkward highschool-esque photos were a must. And after a delicious country style dinner of pulled pork, coleslaw, cornbread, and cobbler, we square-danced into the night.
Many ward members--including the Ward Council and the Relief Society Additional Meetings Committee--volunteered LOTS of time making this fun evening possible. They made and distributed invitations, set up and decorated the gym, brought food, provided babysitting, and even organized a professional Square Dancing Caller. Thank you so much!
