Ward members were blessed by four sessions of the Salt Lake Married Student 2nd Stake Conference the first week of November.
On Wednesday, a special Stake Temple Meeting was held in the chapel of the Salt Lake Temple. We were taught by President Dalton about the sacred sealing ordinance, and also heard from his wife, Sister Elaine Dalton, and a member of the temple presidency.
Saturday night was the Adult Session where we heard from our wonderful stake presidency--President Christensen, President Durham, and President Hutchinson.
The brethren of our stake attended Sunday morning's Priesthood session, taught by EQ President Nathan from the 14th Ward as well as other stake leaders.
The Sunday Session concluded the conference with messages from stake members, the stake choir, and stake leaders. A major theme in this session was about the stake presidency's challenge to memorize The Living Christ document.
The next Stake Conference will be held in the spring of 2012.
